Join Chef Fiona Genevieve to explore the worlds most generous wild food. Explore the shore in the Annapolis Valley and search for edible treasures on the coast line. Seaweed is one of the only wild foods to be extremely safe and easy to forage with only a few simple rules you’ll be learning at this event.
We’ll follow the coastline foraging excursion back at the Molotov Kitchen with a seaweed focused gourmet menu featuring eight unique foraged Maritime sea vegetables.
